Arne Slot suffered his first defeat as Liverpool manager courtesy of a 1-0 loss to Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
A lacklustre performance from Slot's men was punished by a Callum Hudson-Odoi strike in the second half.
The defeat has ended Slot's perfect start to his Liverpool tenure following victories against Ipswich Town, Brentford and arch-rivals Manchester United.

The international break came at the wrong time for Liverpool who cruised to the summit of the Premier League table without conceding a goal in their opening three fixtures.
But Slot will now get to see a different side to his players with the Reds beginning a hectic 21 days consisting of seven fixtures, which has started in a very disappointing fashion.
Hudson-Odoi showcased his skill on a ground he could've been calling his home with Liverpool in talks over a move to secure the winger's signature.
Hudson-Odoi was almost a Red
Callum Hudson-Odoi, who silenced Anfield on Saturday afternoon, is said to have sat at the table during a conversation with a Liverpool representative over a move to Merseyside in 2019, as per Bild.
At this time, the expiry of the Englishman's contract at Chelsea was looming and the Reds faced fierce competition with German giants Bayern Munich, with RB Leipzig also expressing their interest in Hudson-Odoi.
The Chelsea academy graduate eventually ended up signing a new contract at the Blues before being offloaded to Bayer Leverkusen on loan in 2022.
Hudson-Odoi struggled to live up to the expectations piled on the winger's shoulders when he was perceived as one of the country's most exciting prospects.
The 23-year-old then signed for Forest in 2023 in a bid to seek more game time and in hindsight, Liverpool probably were better off not signing him, with Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota joining the Reds and becoming mainstays in the Reds' side.
