Wolves have agreed a permanent deal to sign Hwang Hee-chan from Red Bull Leipzig with them moving before Liverpool had a chance to act.
The player had been on loan at Molineux so far this season but the Old Gold have decided to trigger an option in the deal that allows him to sign for them permanently.
Indeed, according to the Telegraph, Liverpool were taking a look at him but have missed the boat on this occasion:

Anfield Watch Verdict
Of course, Liverpool might have just been watching him and may not have been that close to putting in an offer.
Wolves obviously like what they see with him, though, and we'll now see more of him in the Premier League.
The Reds, at least, will probably keep an eye on how he does further.
