Tottenham Hotspur welcomed Liverpool to North London yesterday.
During the first half of the aforementioned Premier League fixture, Spurs forward Harry Kane crashed into Reds left-back Andy Robertson.
The Englishman was shown a yellow card as a result.
However, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp believes that Kane should have been sent off for his tackle on the Scotland international.
The 54-year-old said that the striker's tackle was reckless, and we completely agree. Kane seriously could have harmed Robertson.
Tottenham ended up securing a 2-2 draw against Liverpool.
???? Jurgen Klopp on whether Harry Kane being England captain helped his case for the red card:
“I have no idea if [Kane's England captaincy] helps him. It's a 100% red card." ???? pic.twitter.com/7fWnnfDJIO— Anfield Watch (@AnfieldWatch) December 19, 2021
