Video: Jurgen Klopp provides concerning injury update on Naby Keita

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has provided a concerning injury update on Reds midfielder Naby Keita.

The Guinea international sustained a hamstring injury against Brighton and Hove Albion at Anfield last weekend.

Klopp has confirmed that Keita will be out of action for a while as a result of the aforementioned injury.

With that being the case, we don't expect to see the 26-year-old back out on the pitch for quite some time.

Keita has now picked up 15 separate injuries during his three years at Anfield. We wish the midfielder all the best with his recovery.
