Having led 2-0 just 24 minutes into the game, Liverpool will be incredibly frustrated to have drawn . The Reds looked in control; the game looked to be heading in the same direction as the 5-0 thrashing of Manchester United a week prior until Graham Potter’s side stepped on to the front foot against Jurgen Klopp and his team.
Jurgen Klopp will be particularly unhappy to have dropped two points for the fourth time in 10 Premier League games so far this season. As we approach November, the dropped points through unnecessary draws is becoming a worrying theme of Liverpool’s season; a theme that could see them lose out on the title come May.
