Alisson is Liverpool's first-choice goalkeeper. However, the Brazilian was unavailable for the club's Premier League clash against Watford at Vicarage Road last weekend.
With that being the case, Caoimhin Kelleher was given an opportunity to start in goal for the Reds against the Hornets.
The 22-year-old produced a wonderful save against Watford.
As you can see in the footage below, Kelleher got a fingertip on Ismaila Sarr’s close-range effort. Kelleher also registered a WhoScored player rating of 7.18/10 against the Hornets.
To conclude, the goalkeeper did not put a foot wrong in the aforementioned Premier League fixture.
Liverpool defeated Watford 5-0. The video below belongs to Premier League TV.
Caoimhin the dream 😍
The 22-year-old Corkman wasn't asked many questions by Watford, but any performance that includes this save and a pass completion of 95% has to go down as a good day's work 👏 #COYBIG pic.twitter.com/4dGdgioHkC
