Liverpool's Omar Marmoush transfer could have a HUGE impact on Mo Salah
Liverpool are reportedly in the market to sign Omar Marmoush and it could have a decisive impact on Mohamed Salah's future.
The Reds' Egyptian star is yet to sign a contract extension beyond his current deal with the club.
It's one of the most important tasks that Richard Hughes currently has to navigate since taking over as sporting director in the summer.
Whether Salah signs a new contract or not, Hughes needs to find a resolution sooner rather than later. If it's the former, he will want to tie Salah down as soon as possible especially with interest in him from elsewhere.
If it's the latter, he will want to find an alternative solution to replace Salah.

Why Omar Marmoush could be decisive for Mohamed Salah's future
What the hold up is in negotiations is moot between the two parties. However, a key factor behind Salah's decision will undoubtedly be the Reds' ambition.
Salah is entering the twilight years of his career. He will be determined to win more accolades and silverware both on a team and individual level.
If Salah doesn't believe the Reds are a club that are heading in the right direction, he is unlikely to sign a new deal.
Marmoush, who is reported to be a target for Liverpool, could be enough to convince him to stay.
Currently, the Reds are lacking a finisher and Marmoush is definitely someone who could help fill that void. He has an incredible nine goals in nine matches so far this season.
The energy that he brings onto the pitch is really encouraging as well. The young forward is someone who hunts down every loose ball and would be tailor-made for Arne Slot's system.
Then of course, there is the bonus that Salah will know him well. They are teammates at international level and having his fellow compatriot join the club could also be another motivating factor in convincing the Egyptian to stay at Anfield.
