Liverpool have more pressing concerns in the transfer market and yet there still might be legs to the Omar Marmoush links.

Bild, back in March, claimed the 25-year-old was a target for the Reds. They weren’t the only Premier League club interested in the versatile Eintracht Frankfurt forward with Arsenal also mentioned.

Despite this interest, he remained in Germany during the summer transfer window but his explosive start to the new campaign hasn’t gone unnoticed.

A host of clubs are reportedly keeping tabs on him and the Bundesliga side are eager to get him to sign a new deal, without a release clause.

While injuries could change Slot's outlook, players like Wataru Endo and Joe Gomez face uncertain futures within the new Liverpool era.

One player who could leave after not getting enough first-team opportunities under the new coach is Tyler Morton. The England under-21 international attracted interest from RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen in the summer.
