Sepp van den Berg to make MAJOR decision within next 12 hours
Liverpool will learn the fate of Sepp van den Berg later today, according to reports. He’s set to decide his future.
Dutch outlet De Telegraaf reports that Sepp van den Berg will decide his future later today. This comes after claims from numerous sources that Liverpool have had bids worth over £25m from multiple clubs.
Per The Times, Bayer Leverkusen and Brentford lead the charge here - one of those two almost certainly land the player. Exactly who Van den Berg picks, however, isn't entirely clear but we should learn soon.

De Telegraaf claimed last night that the defender would choose 'within 24 hours' - essentially, he'd choose on Wednesday. That should mean we haven't long to wait before finding out what's happening with the player.
Either way, Liverpool are set to secure an incredible price. Van den Berg actually accused the club of pricing him out of a transfer and 'hindering his future' with such a large asking price earlier this summer.
That asking price was £20m and it seems that Van den Berg was doing himself a disservice. Two clubs are actually willing to pay significantly more than that price to get him.
Van den Berg to decide on future
This one has been a little bit of a surprise. Neither Brentford nor Leverkusen were considered favourites to land Van den Berg, with Mainz and PSV Eindhoven consistently linked.
Neither, however, have been able to meet the £20m asking price and there was a sense that Liverpool would need to reduce their asking price to get a deal done. Two clubs have no jumped in and blown the favourites out of the water, though, giving the Reds exactly what they hoped for.
The patience has paid off and now we wait to see what Van den Berg wants to do. A fantastic move is on the horizon for him.
