Liverpool's 'TALENTED' transfer target 'WILL' make Premier League move

Liverpool's latest transfer window was completley inactive on the incoming fronts barring the last week.

The Reds secured a deal for Italian winger Federico Chiesa and Georgian goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili.

However, it is believed that Liverpool are already looking ahead to the upcoming windows and working out who their main targets are going to be.

Liverpool are reportedly interested in Leeds United starlet Harry Gray - brother of Tottenham Hotspur's Archie Gray - with his performances in the U18s Premier League attracting serious interest according to OneFootball.

The Reds are expected to face competiton with Newcastle in order to secure the 15-year-old's services.

Leeds United will be determined to keep hold of Harry for as long as possible with him boasting talent in abundance at such a tender age, but that all may depend on if the Yorkshire side can complete a return back to the Premier League.

Harry's brother Archie, now of Tottenham Hotspur was fast-tracked into the Leeds first team at 17 years of age and it remains to be seen if Harry will follow in a similar fashion.

Michael Edwards' penchant for future stars

Leeds legend and grandfather of the Gray brothers, Eddie Gray, is expecting Liverpool and Newcastle to target the 15-year-old and has heaped praise on his son in a recent interview with Sky Sports.

"Harry's talented. Barring accidents, Harry will follow in the same footsteps as Archie," Eddie said.

If Liverpool complete a move for Gray, he would follow the footsteps of Rio Ngumoha who has currently joined the Reds from Chelsea and his labelled as one of England's most exciting youngsters.

It's something that shouldn't come as a surprise as part of Liverpool's transfer plan with Michael Edwards back in the fold.

Liverpool's Chief Executive has a penchant for recruting youngsters and has had plenty of success with talents he's brought to Anfield in the past, whether that's becoming first-team regulars or off-loading them when they're ready for first-team football at hefty prices.
