Liverpool ready to sell WONDERKID just months after Klopp wished he played more
Liverpool are reportedly open to selling one of their biggest prospects this summer. That’s despite Jurgen Klopp wishing he played more.
DaveOCKOP reports that Ben Doak could leave on loan this summer - Liverpool are open to a deal. Surprisingly, though, they're also open to letting him leave permanently.
The report claims a loan is on the table, with the option of a buy clause very possible if the Reds like the offer. On top of that, they may be open to a straight sale if a club comes in with the right money.

It's a shock, if accurate, as Doak is considered one of the brightest prospects at Liverpool. So bright, in fact, that Scotland called him up to their provisional Euro 2024 squad - only injury kept him out.
It hasn't even been a year since Jurgen Klopp bemoaned Doak's lack of minutes at Liverpool, too. Injury and circumstance played into that but it seems that the club is ready to call it a day on the Scot for the right offer.
So why might that be?
Ben Doak's future
It could be that Liverpool don't see Doak getting enough gametime at Liverpool to actually fulfil his potential. Thus, should the right money come in, they could see this as the most valuable he's going to be while at the club.
It's difficult to see the logic in selling him otherwise. Just a loan deal would almost certainly see Doak's value rise considerably and at the end of the day, we think a loan without a clause remains more likely.
Doak's potential is great enough that it would take a very special offer to make sense. Of course, that same potential makes a 'very special offer' at least semi-possible.
This one might move quickly with the season so close - the next week could be key.
