Liverpool shirts for £25 as club launches summer sale

Liverpool fans can snap up a limited edition shirt for £25 after the club launched a summer sale with big discounts on shirts, t-shirts and hoodies.

Much has been made of the prices of football shirts for the 2024/25 season. England's home shirts for the Euro 2024 tournament - set to be worn for a maximum of seven tournament games before it is replaced before the 2026 World Cup - were priced at £85 for adults and as much as £125 for 'authentic versions'.

Liverpool's Nike shirts are priced at a similar level with a £85 price tag on the new home shirts while children's shirts start from £55 before you add names, numbers and the Premier League sleeve badges.

Liverpool's upcoming away and third shirt launches, expected some time in July, are likely to have the same starting prices as the home shirt, making it an expensive summer for fans who want to to wear their club's colours in time for the pre season friendlies against Real Betis, Manchester United and Arsenal.

Fans who want to wear the club's colours but save some money on a brand new shirt can still buy shirts from last season at a massively reduced price. The cheapest of those is the Blackout shirt from the 2023/24 season. Based on the Nike kit worn in Klopp's final season the shirt is completely black, with sponsor, logo and club badge all blacked out. The shirt is priced at just £25 in the club store now.

Fans can save even more money by ditching the kit entirely and opting for a Liverpool-themed t-shirt instead. The club has cut the price of its famous 'This is Anfield' t-shirt to just £15 for the summer.

The shirts are reduced in the annual Liverpool summer sale, which is live on the Liverpool website today. Reduced items include t-shirts, hoodies and retro kits including iconic Carslberg and Candy shirts from the 1980s and 1990s. You can see the full sale here.
