Liverpool are open to the transfer exits of both Nathaniel Phillips and Neco Williams this month but will not let either player leave on the cheap, as we approach the final days of the transfer window.
The deadline will pass on Monday night next week and Liverpool will very likely not be bringing anyone in, though they may well see some players leave.
Indeed, as per the Liverpool Echo, exits for Phillips and Williams cannot be ruled out, though the Reds are not going to sell them just for the sake of it:

Anfield Watch Verdict
Ultimately, it makes sense for Liverpool to want to get a good fee for both of these players.
Letting them go on the cheap would not be a wise move and it's not as if the Reds have to sell them this month.
We'll have to wait and see what the final days of the window have in store.
