Liverpool release early team news ahead of Fulham clash

Liverpool have released early team news ahead of their meeting with Fulham at Anfield tomorrow in the Premier League.

Liverpool will host Fulham on Sunday as they attempt to keep pace at the top of the Premier League. They'll do so on the back of two positive results - a draw at the Etihad against Manchester City and then a thoroughly convincing 4-0 win over LASK in the Europa League.

The Reds have now released their early team news for the Fulham game on the club's official site. The suggestion there is that Jurgen Klopp will have exactly the same squad to choose from that he did against LASK.

That means no Alisson or Diogo Jota returns, not that either was expected. Andy Robertson, Thiago and Stefan Bajcetic all remain out as the Reds' long-term absentees, too.

But Ibrahima Konaté is fine to play. Klopp took him off on 56 minutes against LASK, saying afterwards that it was a 'medical decision' designed to limit his minutes. Whether that means a start against Fulham is anyone's guess but the Frenchman will be available and in the squad.

Liverpool were careful not to overuse players in midweek with the busy winter period now upon them. It means there aren't really any fitness concerns here either. Just about everyone should be ready to start if Klopp wants them too.

As for Fulham, they'll have Joao Palhinha back from suspension but do have four guaranteed absences. Issa Diop, Adama Traore, Tyrese Francois and Rodrigo Muniz are out and won't make the game at Anfield.

Kenny Tete and Tosin Adarabioyo are two more doubts. Marco Silva says the pair need minutes in matches before they're true options for him - it suggests they could be in the squad to face Liverpool if only to play a few minutes at the end.
