Owen Beck Liverpool transfer latest
One of those players who really caught the eye last season is Owen Beck. The youngster did not only have a great season on loan at Dundee, but he also came back for a brief fleeting moment to help Liverpool out during January and featured in the FA Cup for Jurgen Klopp's side.
Beck is highly rated and even earned his first call-up to the Welsh senior national team last year during the start of the season. In the past, Klopp has called him a ‘super talent’ [Manchester Evening News] ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.
But now he could be on the move with DaveOCKOP reporting that Leeds United and Queens Park Rangers have entered loan negotiations with Liverpool. Meanwhile, Celtic are interested in a permanent deal for the full-back.
Beck has featured in two pre-season games under Arne Slot, but it's clear that his future lies away from Anfield with plenty of competition for places in the left-back role.
Now the focus will be on getting the best deal possible for the club.
