Why is Liverpool vs Fulham not on TV?

After a promising result against Manchester City in their last Premier League match, Liverpool return to domestic action this Sunday as they welcome Fulham to Anfield.

The Reds managed a 1-1 draw with the champions at the Etihad last Saturday, Trent Alexander-Arnold's strike earning Klopp's men a respectable point at a stadium they lost twice at last season.

Liverpool also managed to secure top spot in their Europa League group and direct passage to the round of 16 on Thursday, beating Austrian side LASK 4-0 at Anfield.

Next up for the Reds are Fulham in the Premier League but the match is going to be a difficult watch...quite literally.

As was the case with Liverpool's 14:00 (GMT) kick-off against Brentford before the November international break, audiences in the United Kingdom will not be able to watch the Reds' clash with the Cottagers live on Sunday afternoon.

Out of the four 14:00 kick-offs this Sunday, Liverpool's has not been chosen for broadcast. Instead, West Ham United's clash with Crystal Palace will be shown live on Sky Sports, followed by Manchester City vs Tottenham at 16:30 (GMT).

There will no doubt be justifiable frustration among Liverpool supporters in the UK who will once again be unable to watch their team in action despite paying hundreds, sometimes even thousands, of pounds a year for TV subscriptions.

HOW TO WATCH LIVERPOOL VS FULHAM ON TV

As mentioned, UK viewers won't be able to watch Liverpool vs Fulham on TV. The closest you can get will be listening to the match unfold on BBC Radio 5 Live.

There will be various broadcasters for the rest of Europe, including Viaplay and Sky Sports, while those in the United States will be able to see the game on Peacock.

Match commentary, highlights and full match replay will be available anywhere in the world on LFCTV GO.

Supporters can of course also wait until after the final whistle to catch the highlights, which will be posted on Liverpool's official YouTube channel.

To keep up with the game, stay tuned to Anfield Watch's social channels, where in-game updates will be provided.
