Here's when and where you can see the FA Cup 5th Round draw. Liverpool will discover their potential opponents.

Liverpool face Norwich City in the FA Cup 4th Round on Sunday. It promises to be an emotional game after Jurgen Klopp's shock announcement on Friday that he's stepping down as manager at the end of the season.

Of course, the Reds will remain focused on the task at hand. They've got to push past Championship opposition in their quest to compete in four competitions this season.

Liverpool are already in the Carabao Cup final. They're top of the Premier League, too, and into the knockout stages of the Europa League. Everything is on course for a very special send-off for Klopp, in other words.

Beating Norwich is the next task, then. That will get them into the next round - but they'll find out their potential opponents before that.

The FA Cup 5th Round draw will take place ahead of the Liverpool vs Norwich City match on Sunday. There's no set time, per the FA, merely before the game and 'the afternoon'.

It'll take place on ITV, so anyone watching the buildup to Liverpool's fixture will also catch the draw.

Ball numbers for FA Cup 5th Round draw

  1. Watford or Southampton
  2. Blackburn or Wrexham
  3. Bournemouth
  4. West Brom or Wolves
  5. Bristol City or Nottingham Forest
  6. Leicester or Birmingham
  7. Sheffield Wednesday or Coventry
  8. Chelsea or Aston Villa
  9. Maidstone

  11. Manchester City
  12. Leeds or Plymouth
  13. Everton or Luton
  14. Newport or Manchester United

  16. Fulham or Newcastle

So there are Liverpool's potential opponents for the 5th Round at the time of writing. It's debatable whether it's better to face a 'routine' match at this stage or one of the bigger guns.

Because of fixture congestion, a home game against Maidstone is probably the dream draw, should the Reds beat Norwich. Though a meeting with Manchester City has its positives - either you lose and free up your schedule, or you win and leave as huge tournament favourites.
