Liverpool winger Sadio Mane registered a superb assist for Senegal during their Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final clash against Equatorial Guinea yesterday.

As you can see in the footage below, which is property of Sky Sports, the 29-year-old played a stunning through ball to find the run of teammate Famara Diedhiou. The forward ended up finding the back of the net as a result of Mane's pass.

Senegal defeated Equatorial Guinea 3-1.

Anfield Watch Verdict

Mane is a terrific footballer. The 29-year-old has found the back of the net 107 times and registered 44 assists in 244 appearances for Liverpool's first-team.

Therefore, we weren't shocked to see Mane produce a moment of magic against Equatorial Guinea.

Senegal will face Burkina Faso in the semi-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations.
