Video: Mohamed Salah discusses Anfield atmosphere and desire to play for Liverpool
Speaking before the game against Manchester United, Mohamed Salah admitted that, ever since a child, he had a soft spot for Liverpool, playing as them on PlayStation. His desire to play for the club first began when he visited Anfield as a Chelsea player, however, as the atmosphere left him in awe.
Of course, as fate would have it, a few years down the line, he was a Liverpool player, and, ever since, he has not looked back. Now, he doesn’t watch on as a rival player at Anfield. Instead, he helps to create the famous, magical atmosphere.
It is clear that Mohamed Salah loves the club, and wants to finish his career at the club. But a new contract is needed; it is down to Liverpool to present a suitable offer. See what Salah had to say below:
