Video: Liverpool’s most iconic wins at Old Trafford

Liverpool don’t always come away from a trip to Old Trafford with positives to talk about, but, when they do, it’s after a resounding victory - something Jurgen Klopp experienced for the first time last season.

Those in Liverpool colours will be hoping to create even more memories against Manchester United later today. For now, however, all we can do is look back on past victories.

Our favourite, as shown in Anfield Legend’s video below, has to be the 3-0 win in the 2013/14 season. The Reds eased past United in scintillating fashion, as they continued their title push.

Two penalties from Steven Gerrard, and a goal from Luis Suarez sealed an afternoon to remember at Old Trafford. Of course, it would have been better if Gerrard sealed his spot kick hat-trick, but, having won 3-0, there were no room for complaints.
