Several pundits, and even a few managers, have now labelled Mohamed Salah the best player in the world, with Jurgen Klopp the latest to do so.
And this comes as no surprise. The Egyptian has been in a different world; on a different level entirely to anyone else in any league, in any team this season. He’s playing with more confidence than ever, and that’s only leading to spectacular strikes.
With visits to Atletico Madrid and Manchester United coming, there is simply no better time for Salah to be in the form of his life. As of right now, both of the aforementioned sides will be focused on trying to stop what may well be the unstoppable in Mohamed Salah.
