Liverpool came up against Arsenal in the League Cup last night.

The aforementioned semi-final first leg clash, which took place at Anfield, ended in a 0-0 draw.

Once the match had concluded, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp was asked if his side missed Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Naby Keita against the Gunners.

The aforementioned players are currently at the Africa Cup of Nations.

As you can see/hear in the footage below, Klopp was very honest when answering the question.

Anfield Watch Verdict

Klopp is absolutely spot on. Any side in the world would especially be missing Salah and Mane.

Both forwards have scored 255 goals between them for Liverpool.

Therefore, we can't wait for Salah and Mane to return from AFCON duty next month.
