Former Red Jamie Carragher has given his verdict on Liverpool's chances of winning the 2021-22 Premier League title.
The 43-year-old believes that Liverpool's 5-0 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford last weekend highlights that they are right in the race for the trophy.
We completely agree with Carragher. Liverpool sent a very strong message against their biggest rivals last Sunday afternoon.
Beating any Manchester United side 5-0 is a statement of intent.
The Reds are one-point behind league leaders Chelsea. Liverpool certainly appear to be in the title race.
