The Athletic is reporting that Slot ASKED Marino Pusic to become a member of his new coaching staff at Liverpool but the Bosnian-born tactician wants to remain as first-team coach with Shakhtar Donetsk.

Liverpool scout Brondby sensation Suzuki
Liverpool scouts were in attendance for the recent Danish Superliga championship round fixture between Brondby and FC Midtjylland, where emerging Japanese star Yuito Suzuki scored twice.
Since the Superliga championship round commenced, Suzuki has scored three times in five games, adding another four assists.
He decided the game in question with a pair of first-half goals, including one incredible effort from outside the area, and netted again last weekend.

Reds set for new sponsorship windfall
Liverpool Football Club have announced a significant extension to their long-standing partnership with insurance provider AXA.
The club revealed on Tuesday morning that it had reached a deal with the multinational that will continue until at least 2029.
The agreement is believed to be worth over £20 million.
