Reported Liverpool target could be available for £50 million this summer

Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma could be on the move this month, according to The Athletic's Andy Naylor, as cited by LFC Transfer Room's Twitter account.  

The journalist has claimed that the Premier League club are prepared to listen to offers of £50 million for the Mali international.

Liverpool have been linked with a move for Bissouma in recent times.

We would not be against Liverpool making a move for Bissouma, as he is a decent talent.

The midfielder has been averaging a WhoScored player rating of 7.13 across the 2021-22 Premier League campaign.

The aforementioned figure highlights that Bissouma would add quality and depth to the Reds' midfield.

Also, Bissouma is only 25 years of age. With that being the case, the Mali international is about to enter his prime years as a footballer.

Therefore, £50 million seems a reasonable price for Bissouma. Only time will tell if Liverpool are genuinely interested in the midfielder.
