Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliott suffered a serious ankle injury back in mid-September.

The 18-year-old has missed the club's last 20 matches as a result. However, Elliott is making good progress with his recovery.

As you can see pictured below, the Englishman's latest rehabilitation session included some light ball work, which highlights that he is on the mend.

Unfortunately, injuries do occur in football. But, hopefully we never see Elliott sitting on the sidelines for a prolonged period of time again.
