Liverpool assistant manager Pep Lijnders would not be drawn on whether Alisson Becker or Caoimhin Kelleher would start for the Reds against Arsenal tomorrow night in the EFL Cup.

Liverpool travel to the Emirates Stadium tomorrow evening in a bid to reach the EFL Cup final at the expense of Arsenal.

The tie is finely balanced after a 0-0 result in the first leg and the Reds will be eager to try and get in front early and then stay in front.

Keeping it tight at the back will also be important, meanwhile, and Lijnders would not reveal who will be in goal for the game:

Anfield Watch Verdict

Usually an EFL Cup game would see Kelleher in goal but now we are at the semi-final stage there is every chance that Alisson will get the nod tomorrow evening.

It's a big clash, and the strongest team available needs to be selected as we try and get to the final.

We'll soon see who Jurgen Klopp and Lijnders are backing.
