Milos Kerkez drops ANOTHER Liverpool transfer hint
It’s no secret that Liverpool have got Milos Kerkez on their transfer shortlist. The Bournemouth left-back has been among the best performers in his position this season and the Reds have taken notice.
Andy Robertson, a loyal servant to the club, could be coming to the end of the line at the age of 31. Kerkez is almost a decade younger and has shown in his brief Premier League career so far that he’s got the characteristics to thrive at Anfield.

This season he’s scored twice for the Cherries, adding five assists, and looks destined for the next step in his career. If it comes down to a transfer fight for the £40 million-rated full-back then Liverpool have got a couple of key advantages over rival suitors.
Liverpool's secret Kerkez weapon
Firstly, sporting director Richard Hughes used to be technical director at Bournemouth and even signed Kerkez from AZ for the south coast club back in 2023.
That means Liverpool could have easier lines of communication than other teams such as Juventus or Manchester United.
Then, perhaps comes Liverpool’s biggest weapon.
Dominik Szoboszlai is a well-known friend and ally of Kerkez and they star together for the Hungary national team.
Neither has been shy about their closeness in the media or in social media posts, fuelling speculation that Szoboszlai could be deployed in order to plot a Kerkez signing.
And Kerkez himself added to that speculation earlier this week after joining up with Hungary for international duty.
Szoboszlai features in Kerkez post
He posted a picture of himself in national team colours alongside Szoboszlai. And Liverpool fans in the comments were eager to remind Kerkez where his future should lie.
It’s not the first time Szoboszlai has appeared on Kerkez’s socials, although curiosity was aroused last month when the left-back ended up DELETING a post featuring Szoboszlai for unknown reasons.
Hungary lost their UEFA Nations League League A v League B promotion / relegation playoff first leg against Turkey in Istanbul on Thursday and will be hoping Kerkez and Szoboszlai can help overturn a 3-1 deficit on Sunday.
Kerkez was active on social media after the game, telling fans “We will give everything on Sunday” ahead of the return fixture.
And who was taking notice, giving his Instagram post a like? That’s right. His national team captain and potential future Liverpool teammate Szoboszlai.
