Liverpool face Norwich at Anfield tonight and here is all of the team news ahead of the fifth round of the FA Cup.

This will be the fourth time that Liverpool have played Norwich this season. In every game, Liverpool have scored three goals, only conceding one goal across all of the fixtures.

After winning the League Cup on Sunday, the Reds will be hoping they can do the domestic cup double and bring the FA Cup back to Merseyside for the first time since the 'Steven Gerrard final' against West Ham in 2006.

Going into this game, Jurgen Klopp's side don't have too many injury concerns to worry about, unlike Dean Smith's Norwich side.

Klopp confirmed that Caoimhin Kelleher will not start against Norwich after playing 120 minutes in the EFL Cup final on Sunday.

"No, he will not start. He had 120 minutes. You asked me last week if he will play before and I said ‘No, he’s used to the situation that he just comes on and has to play’," said Klopp.

In his pre-Norwich press conference, the Liverpool manager also gave an important injury update on Thiago Alcantara, who got injured in the warm-up of the EFL Cup final against Chelsea.

"We don't know exactly how long [he will be out]. For the weekend, not sure. Maybe Milan? But after that, definitely. He is fine again but he is not fit."

The only other Liverpool absentee is Roberto Firmino, who has missed the last three games after picking up a muscle injury against Inter Milan in the Champions League Round of 16 first leg.

Meanwhile, Liverpool's opponents, Norwich, are having a torrid time with injuries and suspensions for this upcoming FA Cup tie.

Norwich's manager Dean Smith confirmed that they will be missing former Liverpool player Ozan Kabak for their trip to Anfield.

Manchester United loanee Brandon Williams and Max Aarons also haven't trained so they will not be featuring in Norwich's matchday squad.

Norwich will also be missing Andrew Omobamidele and Adam Idah who are suffering from long-term injuries.

The Canaries captain Grant Hanley will also not make the trip down to Merseyside due to being suspended.

"We have a couple of fresh concerns. Brandon and Max haven't trained yet since the last time. Ozan is struggling with his shoulder, so is unlikely to play," said Smith, as cited by Liverpool FC.

"The competition allows five subs, so we can chop and change a bit more during the game. There's lots of things we're looking at.

"We want to pick a team that we think has a chance of winning the game."

Anfield Watch Verdict

Liverpool played a very strong side against Chelsea in the League Cup final so expect a lot of changes to the starting XI.

The likes of Kostas Tsimikas, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Takumi Minamino, Divock Origi, Joe Gomez & Curtis Jones will all most likely start against Norwich.

With the Canaries having so many injuries and as they're still battling relegation from the Premier League, Smith could play a weakened side at Anfield tonight.

The Reds should be expected to win this game no matter what team Klopp puts out, especially if the last three results are anything to go by.
