After an exhilarating 4-0 win against Leicester on Sunday, Liverpool will conclude the Singapore leg of their pre-season campaign with a clash against Bayern Munich on Wednesday.
Liverpool fans have been treated very kindly on pre-season thus far, with the Reds scoring 12 goals in just three games, highlighting the attacking firepower at Jurgen Klopp's disposal this season.
After recording a late win against Karlsruher SC (4-2) and an action-packed draw with Greuther Furth (4-4), the Reds jetted off to Singapore, where they put in a dominant performance against Leicester (4-0).
Now Jurgen Klopp will be looking at his old adversary Bayern Munich as the next step to get his squad fit and firing ahead of a crucial 2023/24 campaign.

Liverpool and Bayern Munich are two giant clubs, who have often avoided each other in competitive competitions – but who could forget Liverpool's 3-1 away win over the Germans, on the way to their sixth European Cup in 2019?
However, barring Bayern having an underwhelming Champions League group stage and dropping down to the Europa League, the sides will not face each other in competitive action this season.
In total, Liverpool and Bayern Munich have only faced one another nine times in history, with the Reds picking up three victories, and only ever losing to the German side on one occasion. The other five fixtures, dating all the way back to 1971, have ended square.
Since the turn of the millennium, Liverpool have only faced Bayern three times, beating them to the UEFA Super Cup in 2001, drawing 0-0 in the 2018/19 Champions League round of 16 first-leg, and then famously winning the reverse fixture.

Bayern Munich will be seeing a very different Liverpool side to the one they faced in 2019, with every single midfielder that played that day no longer at the club.
With Jordan Henderson's confirmed exit, and Fabinho set to be announced imminently, Jurgen will have to rely on his new-look, young midfield in Singapore.
Former Bayern star Thiago Alcântara, as well as Stefan Bajcetic, and Conor Bradley also won't be available for selection, with the trio remaining in Merseyside as they continue their rehabilitation from injuries. In the latter's case, it remains unknown what knock he picked up during his appearance against Greuther Furth.
Dominik Szoboszlai suffered a knock in training days before the clash against Furth, which left him out of the squad. However, Jurgen Klopp has since said that had the game been competitive, the Hungarian would have been involved and his absence was purely precautionary.
Therefore, if his 30-minute cameo against Leicester at the weekend is anything to go by, expect to see the 22-year-old involved against Bayern on Wednesday.
Liverpool also remain in talks with Southampton's Romeo Lavia, and with Fabinho's impending departure, talks will likely escalate this week. Although, with the game now only two days away, the chances of the club securing their third summer signing in time for him to feature in Singapore is very slim.

PREDICTION
Liverpool have simply not stopped scoring throughout their pre-season campaign so far, but they have also shown defensive frailty. Against a tough opponent like Bayern Munich, don't be surprised to see plenty of goals at both ends of the pitch.
