It's an opportunity for some of the more fringe players in the Liverpool team to make their mark against a side who are struggling in League Two at the moment, having just won six league games so far this season.
And it seems like Slot has made a big call about Ngumoha ahead of kick-off.
Rio Ngumoha set to feature against Accrington Stanley
According to reliable Liverpool reporter, David Lynch, Ngumoha is expected to be involved in the game against Accrington Stanley.
This is a huge decision made by Slot considering the youngster is only 16 years old. If he does indeed feature, he will become the youngest player to play for Liverpool in the FA Cup beating Trey Nyoni's record with Ngumoha just 16 years, four months and 13 days old.
In fact, he will become the second youngest player in the club's history behind Jerome Sinclair when it comes to appearances in all competitions.
And that decision has now been confirmed with Ngumoha set to make his debut in what is a massive decision by the Liverpool head coach.
Ngumoha is now on track to make history and it's no surprise given how excited Liverpool have been about his talent.
Anfield Watch revealed exclusively last month that Liverpool have been forced to delete and edit out training footage of Ngumoha tearing the club's senior players apart in training with his brilliant skills in a bid to contain the hype around him.
This is a huge opportunity for him to make another mark at senior level.
