Liverpool's INCREDIBLE Trent Alexander-Arnold contract offer REVEALED
Liverpool have had a spectacular start to the season, and Arne Slot’s side are already looking like title contenders.
The Reds currently sit five points clear at the top of the Premier League and are also the only team to have won every game in the UEFA Champions League this season.

Although Slot has got his team working excellently as a unit, some individual performers have been exceptional.
Ryan Gravenberch and Luis Diaz have both found another level since the arrival of their new head coach and Ibrahima Konate has also rediscovered his best form.
Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold have also all been excellent since Slot took over, but it is the future of these three players that has been the centre of much of the criticism aimed at Liverpool this season.
Trent offered record-breaking terms
Salah, Virgil and Trent are all out of contract in the summer, and negotiations are reportedly ongoing to secure the future of the trio.
Negotiations for Alexander-Arnold in particular are set to heat up over this international break as Liverpool present their latest contract offer.
According to a report from TBR Football, Liverpool have put in front of Trent a wage comparable to Salah’s, one that would make him the highest-earning English player in the Premier League.
It is interest from abroad that could derail the Reds attempts to tie down their vice-captain, and the report names Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and PSG as interested parties.
Trent’s season so far
Although the 26-year-old is currently out injured with a hamstring problem, he isn’t expected to miss too much game time after the international break.
The fullback, who has been so crucial for Liverpool’s attack for the past five years, has suffered a slight drop off in his creative numbers since his new head coach took over, but the improvement in his defending has been a joy to watch.
Trent has once again been a vital part of Liverpool’s early season success and is showing just how big a loss he would be were he to leave Anfield at the end of the season.
Arne Slot will no doubt have his eyes on some silverware with Liverpool in his maiden season and Trent Alexander-Arnold is sure to play a big part in any success that the Reds do have this season.
Supporters will be hoping that the offer of a huge wage will be enough to convince their hometown hero to stay at Anfield and usher in a new period of titles and trophies for his boyhood team.
