Liverpool set to replace Andy Robertson in €40m deal
Liverpool are reportedly making a move to replace Andy Robertson in the transfer market as they prepare a massive offer.
Left-back is an area Liverpool will want to strengthen in the next six months. Whether in this window or the next, it's an absolute priority the Reds find an adequate replacement for Robertson.

The Scotsman hasn't been his best lately and at 30-years-old it seems like he is entering his twilight years as a player at the top level.
Liverpool need someone young and fresh to bring into the starting line-up - someone capable of fulfilling the needs and demands of a full-back in Arne Slot's team.
And it seems like Liverpool are making moves in that direction as they look to complete a €40m deal.
Liverpool working on Patrick Dorgu deal to replace Andy Robertson
Reports in Italy from Solo Lecce claim that Liverpool are 'preparing' a €40m offer for Dorgu.
The Danish left-back is only 20 years old but already has more than 50 appearances for Lecce in the Serie A.
He is a very interesting profile and someone who would definitely be capable of replacing Robertson in this Liverpool team.
Not only is he 10 years Robertson's junior but he's also more stylistically suited to Slot's system given he can play further forward but also provide much needed defensive cover.
According to the report, Liverpool have scouted Dorgu extensively this season and Slot is a big fan of his versatility having already played as a winger and as a full-back this season.
€40m would be a lot of money to pay for Liverpool, especially since Dorgu is unproven in the Premier League.
But he is a very exciting prospect and it seems like he would be an excellent addition to Slot's team.
Whether Liverpool actually put in a bid for him this window remains to be seen. It's clear the admiration is there. And it's clear Liverpool want a left-back.
Although, it's probably more likely that the Reds will be moving for a left-back in the summer window rather than in this one.
Especially, considering it would be difficult to offload Kostas Tsimikas or Robertson in this window, which is what adding another left-back to the team would hinge on.
