Liverpool RIVAL wants Mo Salah in major contract blow
Mohamed Salah’s future is still up in the air, as the Liverpool star is set to LEAVE Liverpool at the end of the season.
Arne Slot’s side are top of the Premier League and Champions League tables and Salah’s form under the new Reds boss is one of the big reasons for their success so far.

The Egyptian King has an incredible 15 goals and 12 assists in just 21 games, having broken a number of records already this year.
However, less than a month remains until Salah can sign a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club, confirming his departure from Anfield.
Salah is reportedly frustrated at the lack of a contract offer from Liverpool, and has made his desire to stay at the club clear.
Egyptian analyst Haytham Farouk shared a tweet earlier this week which appeared to hint at an impending renewal, while PSG president Nasser al-Khelaifi has distanced the French side from an approach.
The number of clubs that Salah could move to seems to be dwindling, with Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia one of the most likely destinations in the event of his departure.
However, one club has now apparently thrown their hat into the ring in what would be an audacious move.
Real Madrid linked with Mo Salah transfer
According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, Real Madrid are now ‘seriously considering’ making a move to sign Salah on a free transfer.
The report states that signing Salah would match club president Florentino Perez’s transfer strategy of targeting high-profile players on free transfers. Madrid were once known for their expensive Galactico signings but have focused on putting the bulk of their money into wages and signing bonuses over transfer fees in recent years to attract the best players to the club.
It’s how the Spanish side attracted Kylian Mbappe, how they are planning on signing Trent Alexander-Arnold and, apparently, how they are planning on convincing Salah to swap Anfield for the Bernabeu.
It seems highly unlikely that Real Madrid will actually make a move for Salah, especially considering how difficult it has been for them to get the best out of an attacking lineup that already includes Mbappe, Vinicius Jr, Rodrygo and Jude Bellingham.
The addition of Salah would mean one of those players would surely have to leave the club to facilitate the Egyptian both on and off the pitch.
The only one of those players that seems in any way likely to leave would be Rodrygo, who was linked with a move away from Spain during the summer.
Online speculation about a potential rift between Bellingham and Rodrygo could see the Brazilian decide to leave, but he is clearly still important to Ancelotti, having featured in 13 of Madrid’s 15 La Liga games this season.
While Madrid have pulled off some huge transfers in the past, this is one that doesn't feel realistic.
