Mo Salah BOMBSHELL as Liverpool contract talks FAIL
Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold are three of Liverpool’s most important players but uncertainty currently surrounds all three of their futures.
Their contracts are all due to expire at the end of this season with no sign of a renewal coming from the club as yet.
And worryingly for Liverpool and their supporters, the high-profile trio will be free to discuss terms with overseas clubs in less than two months.

Salah sparks speculation
Alexander-Arnold, 26, is reported to be a transfer target for Real Madrid while Van Dijk has attracted interest from the Bundesliga as well as the Saudi Pro League according to previous medial reports.
Salah, meanwhile, has on a few occasions hinted that this season could well be his last at Anfield having joined the club for this record-breaking era back in 2017. On Sunday he posted what appeared to be a farewell post to Liverpool fans following his goal in the 2-1 victory against Brighton on Saturday afternoon.
That was sufficient to make supporters worry, with the countdown now well and truly on for the club to keep one of their all-time great forwards.
No talks for Salah
The 32-year-old is reported to be the highest earner in the squad, on around £350,000 per week, so a renewal will not come cheap for sporting director Richard Hughes and FSG's CEO of Football Michael Edwards.
And now a BOMBSHELL report in his home country of Egypt has emerged which suggests that Liverpool have placed Salah at the BOTTOM of their priority list when it comes to renewals.
Yallakora claims that Liverpool officials HAVE begun talks with the camps of both Van Dijk and Alexander-Arnold but official discussions have NOT taken place with Salah and his representatives.
Liverpool running out of time
“Yallakora has learned that Liverpool's management, specifically through the duo Michael Edwards and Richard Hughes, have begun official negotiations to renew the contracts of the duo Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold,” a report reads.
“Despite the official negotiations undertaken by Liverpool's management, the English club did not open the renewal file with Mohamed Salah after the talks that took place between the two parties since the beginning of the season.”
Liverpool are certainly running out of time to get deals done for not only Salah but for Van Dijk and Alexander-Arnold too.
It remains to be seen whether or not any of them sign on the dotted line before the end of 2024, when talks can commence with any potential overseas teams.
