Transfer target shows Liverpool EXACTLY what they're missing
Liverpool are looking at upgrades in several positions ahead of the summer transfer window.
It’s no secret that centre-forward is one role under consideration with Anfield Watch revealing that more than one Liverpool first-team star could be leaving.

Among the contenders tipped to replace either Diogo Jota or Darwin Nunez are the likes of Joao Pedro, Hugo Ekitike, Alexander Isak and Charles De Ketelaere.

Further back and it would appear that Ryan Gravenberch is set to receive some cover in midfield with Angelo Stiller and Lamine Camara both recently linked.
But it’s probable that left-back is the first area that will get attention in the summer.
Andy Robertson turns 31 this week and hasn’t always been entrusted with first-team duties by Arne Slot this season.
His understudy, Kostas Tsimikas, has had plenty of time at Anfield to prove his worth but has never convinced either under Jurgen Klopp or Slot.
Accordingly, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Antonee Robinson and - above all - Milos Kerkez have been associated with a Merseyside move.
Kerkez delivers assist No5
Fabrizio Romano recently stated that the Reds are in CONTACT for 21-year-old Kerkez, who has been excellent since signing for Bournemouth from AZ in 2023.
It would take a bid upward of £40 million to secure his signature but with his burgeoning reputation and relatively young age, it looks like a safe investment in the future of the Liverpool defence.

Kerkez delivered his FIFTH assist of the Premier League season on Sunday as the Cherries dropped two points in a 2-2 draw against Tottenham. By contrast, Robertson has yet to deliver any.
Kerkez more dynamic than Liverpool left-backs
His performance was full of attacking intent, with the Hungary international regularly stationed well inside the Spurs’ half at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
On the day he made one block and one interception. He wasn’t dribbled past even once and he also won six of his seven attempted ground duels.
The former AC Milan youngster hit three crosses, including his assist, which also went down as a key pass. Kerkez completed one of one attempted dribbles and even had a shot on target.
Kerkez’s dynamism at left-back would be well appreciated by Slot, who is not getting anything like the same output from his options currently.
