Liverpool star confirms he's ready to LEAVE - 'it's decision time'
Liverpool face several stars pushing for exits in 2025. Now one has admitted it might be time to leave the club.
Liverpool have a whole host of players potentially leaving this year. Of course, the big three are Mo Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold.

The trio are all out of contract by June 30th and are already able to sign pre-agreements with new clubs. But they're not the only ones.
Luis Diaz, for instance, has reportedly rejected a new contract at Anfield. That naturally makes him a target for teams. Alisson Becker will only have one year left on his contract this summer - and he's already been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia.
Then there's Darwin Nunez, who has interest from Saudi Arabia this window. As exclusively revealed by Anfield Watch.
But even then, that's not your lot.
Tyler Morton wants to step up
Tyler Morton has been in Liverpool's first-team squad this season but he's barely featured. It's been a blow to the midfielder, who wanted to kick-on from his brilliant campaign at Hull City in 2023/24.
Morton hasn't played at all in the Premier League under Arne Slot. That's despite making his debut in the top flight back in 2021/22.
And now he recognises that it might be time to depart - and soon.
“This month’s obviously a big month for myself,” Morton told LFCTV. “It’s decision time and I think I’m ready to kick on and be a proper professional. Definitely I’m ready to kick on now and move up a step.
“If that’s here, if that’s somewhere else, I think football’s football and I’ve got to be a bit selfish and go with however I feel.”
There's no question that Morton could be playing regularly at a high level. It doesn't appear that chance will come at Liverpool, however, and he's clearly open to departing.
Which would be a shame. It's unfortunate for Morton that Liverpool's midfield suddenly feels packed this season - in a different time, he'd be playing regularly.
