Liverpool could sell THREE first-team stars to Saudi Arabia
Liverpool could reportedly sell three first-team stars to Saudi Arabia this summer. The Reds could make a fortune - but at a cost.
Liverpool confirmed the Premier League title on Sunday with an emphatic 5-1 win at Anfield over Tottenham Hotspur. With that, Arne Slot has led Jurgen Klopp's squad to the Premier League title - an absolutely remarkable feat.

The Reds, though, believe there's a lot more to come and part of the reason why is that this was Klopp's squad. Slot doesn't have a team built for his own style of play and its thought that things could yet move up a level if he's given that.
But that's a risk. Liverpool would need to swap out title-winning players for those who may not click in the same way.
Just as important as the incoming stars are those who leave - the Reds can't afford to get either side of it wrong. And there will be some major offers, too.
Reports now suggest that three players are wanted in Saudi Arabia. All three are forwards, too.

From Liverpool to the Saudi Pro League
Anfield Watch exclusively revealed back in January that an offer from the Saudi Pro League had arrived for Darwin Nunez. Liverpool ultimately rejected that offer, not wanting to lose Nunez mid-season.
But everyone expects the offer to return this summer, even if it's for a slightly lower amount. The Reds plan on accepting it.
But there's also interest in Luis Diaz from Saudi Arabia. He's a wanted man and after contract talks with Liverpool stalled this season, the club are willing to listen to offers while his value remains high.
Now, The Telegraph claims there's interest in Diogo Jota from the Pro League. That makes three forwards at Liverpool who have interest from the richest league around.
Would Liverpool sell all three? Well, the club are open to a massive overhaul this summer. The trio are available, though it's unclear if selling all is an option.
Large transfer fees would almost certainly sway things in that direction, though. Liverpool have doubts across the three players, from fitness concerns, to contract concerns, to reliability concerns.
And so Saudi Arabian clubs probably could snap them all up, if they were willing to make it worthwhile. Though, that then comes with the cost of stability at the club - do Liverpool really want to sign three new forwards and hope they can instantly mesh together?

Money might make them answer that question, or at least force them to ponder it.
