Now the clocks have gone back and the darkness is upon us, it's time for the transfer merry-go-round to start spinning once more.

With the January transfer window under two months away, rumours are heating up, even though Liverpool are generally quiet shoppers in the winter market.

But, just in case you'd missed being bombarded with the gazillion new signings Liverpool are definitely going to make, here's a succinct roundup for you.

KYLIAN MBAPPE

Yes, it's Kylian Mbappe again. Dull, we know, but L'Equipe are offering up a brand new update on Liverpool's interest in the superstar.

Apparently, Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool's recruitment team remain in contact with the Paris Saint-Germain striker, and are confident they can convince him to move to Merseyside.

Yep, that sounds right. Anyway...

ANDRE TRINDADE

Moving swiftly back to reality, South American football expert Tim Vickery wrote for ESPN that Fluminense midfielder Andre nearly joined Liverpool last summer and he "may well" make the switch to Anfield in January.

This one certainly isn't going away, with some suggestions that personal terms have actually been agreed.

If you want to take a look at the 22-year-old in action ahead of a possible move to Merseyside, tune in to the Copa Libertadores final tonight between Fluminense and Boca Juniors.

DAICHI KAMADA

Despite having rocked up at Lazio on a free transfer from Eintracht Frankfurt during the summer, Daichi Kamada's agent Gianluca di Carlo has insisted that Liverpool were interested in the Japan international over the summer.

The Italian also confessed that Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski nearly joined the Reds two years ago.

I think Jurgen Klopp is very happy with the Japanese midfielder he signed from the Bundesliga this summer, thank you very much.

ARTHUR VERMEEREN

Despite Andre edging closer to an Anfield move, Liverpool are said to also have their sights on 18-year-old Royal Antwerp wonderkid Arthur Vermeeren, according to Mundo Deportivo.

There is interest from Arsenal, Manchester United and Barcelona, but the Reds have also been linked with the teenage midfielder.

Apparently, it would take just £26m to coax him from Belgium.

LUIS GUILHERME

With Liverpool seemingly set to stock their squad with midfield wonderkids in true Chelsea fashion, Fabrizio Romano claims that the Reds are among a host of clubs looking at 17-year-old Luis Guilherme from Palmeiras.

Apparently, despite actually being a child, he has a release clause of £48m.

He's also a No. 10, meaning Liverpool are going to have a squad entirely made up of midfielders. The irony.

LLOYD KELLY

Placed firmly in the underwhelming rumour pile, Liverpool are admirers of Bournemouth defender Lloyd Kelly.

That's according to Talksport at least, with the 25-year-old capable of playing centre-back or left-back.

However, Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly the club most keen on Kelly at present.

GONCALO INACIO

Just like Mbappe, it's time for your latest Goncalo Inacio talk. Open wide.

The centre-back is still being monitored by Liverpool according to Fabrizio Romano, but the good news is that rumours of Real Madrid having agreed a deal with the Portuguese defender are not true.
