Let's not mess about. You want rumours, we got em.

Here's your Liverpool transfer goss, including Real Madrid's latest Kylian Mbappe gambit, Douglas Luiz's comments on his future and at least a couple of links to teenagers you've possibly never heard of.

Kylian Mbappe

According to AS, Real Madrid (who had supposedly given up the chase just a few days ago) have now given Kylian Mbappe a 'deadline' of until 15 January to accept their contract offer, or they will give up and move on to 'Plan B' target... Erling Haaland.

Ah the mind of Florentino Perez is a fascinating thing.

German outlet Bild claim that Hoffenheim striker Maximilian Beier is on Jurgen Klopp's shortlist.

The speedy 21-year-old forward, who has a £25m release clause and name that is ripe for British tabloid headlines, has scored six times in the Bundesliga so far this season.

Douglas Luiz

Aston Villa's Douglas Luiz is fully focussed on his current club despite links to clubs including Liverpool, the midfielder has told Sky Sports.

Sticking with midfielders, Il Bianconeri make the (very) surprising claim that Liverpool are interested in Bologna's Scottish star Lewis Ferguson.

However, they will face competition from Juventus and Lazio for the 24-year-old.

Kenan Yildiz

While they go head to head with Juve for one supposed target, the Reds could try and pinch another star directly from the Italian giants.

Calciomercato claim that £35m-rated Turkey international Kenan Yildiz is on Liverpool's 'radar'.

The 18-year-old made his first-team debut for Juventus earlier this season.

Kyanno Silva

And finally, Liverpool have made an approach for Benfica starlet Kyanno Lorenzo Silva, according to SoccerNews.

The 18-year-old Dutch winger – who has just six months left on his contract – will be available for just £200k, while a separate report from Football Insider claims the teenager has 'impressed scouts' from Liverpool.

Borussia Dortmund and Atalanta are also said to be keen.
