It's international break time again.

What else is there to do but kick back and frantically search for barely credible rumours about players the Reds might put a bid in for in January?

Nothing, that's what.

Here's all the latest Liverpool transfer news.

Antonio Silva

Let's start with the bad news, shall we? Benfica centre back Antonio Silva, who has been linked with Liverpool in the past, isn't 'dazzled' by the prospect of a move to Anfield, according to Portuguese source Record.

Instead the 19-year-old with a €120m release clause is holding out for a move to Real Madrid.

Well, good luck with that.

Goncalo Inacio

Sticking with Portuguese centre backs, Football Insider claim Liverpool could step up a move for Goncalo Inacio this January.

The 22-year-old signed a new contract at Sporting CP this summer with an awfully tempting €60m release clause...

Piero Hincapie

Another defender on the Reds' radar could be Piero Hincapie.

The Ecuadorian's agent told Futbol Sin Cassette that Liverpool have been in talks over the centre back who currently plays his football under Xabi Alonso at Bayer Leverkusen.

Giorgio Scalvini

And lastly (on defenders), Fabrizio Romano has said that two 'important English clubs' have been sending scouts to watch Atalanta starlet Giorgio Scalvini.

It has previously been reported that the 19-year-old is on Liverpool's watchlist.

Andre Trindade

90min report that Liverpool are still considering a move for Fluminense's Andre Trindade, who will play in the Copa Libertadores final next month.

Anfield Watch has reported that Andre is still hoping for a January move to Liverpool.

Stefan Bajcetic

Could Stefan Bajcetic be headed back to Spain?

Seems incredibly unlikely but that is the claim made by Fichajes, who say that Sevilla have 'concrete plans' to sign Liverpool's teenage midfield maestro. Read the full story.

Jarrod Bowen

Meanwhile, it looks like all hope of a cut-price move for Jarrod Bowen is over.

The West Ham winger has signed a seven-year (SEVEN) contract extension at the London Stadium. Blimey.

Kaoru Mitoma

Instead, could Liverpool turn to Kaoru Mitoma for their next wing signing... maybe.

Football Insider say Brighton will consider offers in excess of £70m even if the Japan star signs a new deal at the Amex Stadium. Bargain.
