Richard Hughes ramps up MEGA €120m deal to replace Mo Salah
Richard Hughes is reportedly ready to spend big this summer in order to replace Mohamed Salah.
No one knows what the future holds for the Egyptian star beyond the current season. Salah is yet to agree a new deal and as the days pass, the possibility of him leaving the club definitely increases.

However, nothing can be ruled out at this stage. The situation Liverpool have got themselves into is unprecedented.
It's not just Salah whose future is up in the air but Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold, who also both have expiring deals.
There is a world where all three of them will leave Anfield for pastures new. But there is a world where all three of them could still stay.
Salah's future is certainly not set in stone. But despite things not quite being settled, it seems Hughes may actually already be lining up potential replacements for the Egyptian.

Why Liverpool are ready to make €120m Rodrygo transfer
Liverpool have always had an interest in Brazilian star Rodrygo. Michael Edwards wanted to bring him to England back when he was just a teenager playing for Santos.
A move never worked out in the end because Rodrygo had set his mind on joining Real Madrid. But years later Edwards could finally get his wish.
Fichajes reports that Liverpool are ready to make a €120m to Real Madrid in the event that Salah leaves. The Spanish club do not want to sell their star player the report claims.
It's important to note, and let's be honest here, Fichajes are not the most reliable source of information. They do get some stuff right but also post a high volume of reports with varying degrees of plausibility.
This Rodrygo transfer though is one that we can get behind in the sense that he would indeed be a perfect replacement for Salah.
The report may claim that Real Madrid do not want to sell him, but Rodrygo might be open to a move. He's in the shadows at Real Madrid with the club continuing to bring in new attackers such as Kylian Mbappe.
Rodrygo may feel he might be better valued at Anfield and he would have plenty of incentives to join the Reds considering there is a strong South American contingent at the club who would be ready to make him welcome.
This added together with the fact that Rodrygo has been on Liverpool's radar for a while makes it an ideal move.
The Reds should have plenty in the bank to fund a €120m move as well. That being said take the report with a pinch of salt but do keep an eye on Rodrygo's situation.
