Michael Edwards favourite set for MASSIVE Saudi Pro League move
Liverpool have been linked with a number of attacking targets over the last 18 months, but one of their most interesting options could be on his way to Saudi Arabia.
Mohammed Kudus is someone who has made an impression at Anfield in recent seasons, most notably when he scored for Ajax in the Champions League group stage in 2022.

The Reds’ interest in Kudus dates back to before that goal however, to when Michael Edwards was first at the club.
Now, Edwards is back at Liverpool and an attacking overhaul is coming this summer, but the Ghanaian winger could already have a transfer sorted.
Kudus could move to Saudi Arabia
According to a new report from GIVEMESPORT, Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr are preparing an offer for West Ham’s prize forward when the summer transfer window opens.
A bid in the region of £84 million is expected according to the report, just shy of the reported £85m buy-out clause in the 24-year-old’s contract.

Al-Nassr, who sit third in the Saudi Pro League, saw a huge offer rejected for Brighton winger Kaoru Mitoma in January and are one of the sides who have been linked with Darwin Nunez.
Kudus, who has been a key figure since his arrival at The London Stadium, has struggled at times this campaign but his stock clearly remains high.
Should Liverpool be in the race for Kudus?
At this point last season, it looked as though Kudus to Liverpool was destined to happen.
The Ghanaian bagged 17 goals and seven assists in 48 games for West Ham and Ajax last campaign and, with Mohamed Salah’s contract situation looming large in the background, an Anfield move was widely discussed.

Kudus hasn’t found the same form this season however, with just three goals and two assists in 27 matches this campaign.
Salah’s contract situation is still unresolved and is very much in the foreground of Liverpool’s thinking now. A move for Kudus could still make sense but Al-Nassr’s interest, and willingness to spend big on the star, could make a deal difficult.
Liverpool will have a lot to do this summer, with a new left-back and striker the perceived priorities, and replacements for Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold also possible needs.

A number of big stars will be moved on from the Reds’ front-line this summer, as exclusively revealed by Anfield Watch, and Kudus could finally move to Anfield – but interest from Saudi Arabia certainly complicates things for Liverpool.
