Mohamed Salah's mind is ALREADY at Al-Hilal
Mohamed Salah has been the talisman at Anfield for the best part of a decade, but that could soon come to an end.
The 32-year-old is now in a position where his contract at Liverpool will expire in less than six months, and he is free to negotiate and sign pre-contract agreements with overseas clubs.

The most talked about destination for Salah has been the Saudi Pro League, with Al-Hilal reportedly leading the charge, but PSG are also interested and extending his stay in Merseyside remains a possibility.
Now, a former professional footballer has weighed in to give his opinion on Salah’s mindset.
Salah’s head is already at Al-Hilal
Speaking during beIN Sports' coverage of Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest on Tuesday night former Kuwait national team player, Tareq Aljalahmah, shared that he believes Salah isn’t 100 percent focussed on Liverpool.
“It is clear that Salah was mentally absent from the pitch,” Aljalahmah said. “Salah's focus was not on the pitch; it was on the blue shirt—Al-Hilal’s shirt.”
Aljalahmah urged Salah to maintain his focus on the pitch but said that it is “clear his head is elsewhere”.
Salah is enjoying one of his best seasons in a Liverpool shirt, with 38 goals & assists in 29 appearances, but his performance has dipped in his last two outings – a 1-0 loss to Tottenham in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final and Tuesday’s draw with Forest.
Has Salah lost his focus?
Although it may not have been obvious in the game against Forest, Salah leads the league in both goals and assists and has looked dedicated to the Reds all season despite speculation about his future.
Somewhat uncharacteristically, Salah has been very vocal in the media about his contract situation this season, but this so far hasn’t impacted his on-pitch performance.
Reports from earlier this month suggested that a deal had already been agreed that would see Salah move to the Saudi Pro League upon the expiry of his contract, but others have contested this.
Fuel was added to the fire when Saudi Arabia’s Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, Turki Alalshikh, posted a mocked-up photo of Salah in Al-Hilal’s kit.
The Egyptian King’s future may not be in Merseyside, but the Anfield faithful will be desperate for Salah to continue the excellent form he displayed in the first half of the campaign regardless.
