Mo Salah drops MAJOR Van Dijk Liverpool contract hint
The Mohamed Salah comments sent Liverpool fans into a frenzy this morning.
The Egyptian is clearly unhappy with the current contract situation and expressed the club's lack of action in resolving this, but also how much he cares and loves the club.
Towards the end of this interview, Virgil van Dijk enters the fray. This prompted Salah to say something which may give hope to supporters around the world.

Salah hints at Van Dijk future
Mo was seen saying: “I will play at the highest level as long as possible”. Van Dijk then comes up behind him, prompting the winger to say “me and this man” pointing at the Dutch defender.
As we are all aware, both Salah and Van Dijk are in the same situation. Both of their contracts run out this summer and both are awaiting the decision from the club about their futures.
Salah’s comment suggests that he sees playing for the Reds as the ‘top level’. It is clear from the No.11’s wishes that he wants to stay at the club.
What next?
From his acknowledgement of the Dutchman, we can infer that he wants him to stay as well and see out the rest of their careers together.
Van Dijk can be seen giving a little smile after Salah’s comment which then poses the question; what is Van Dijk’s situation looking like?
Is he in a similar boat to Salah? Or does his mention of the captain playing at the 'highest level' a hint towards the idea that his contract has been done and dusted?
Neither player seems to be slowing down. Although they are entering their last years as professional footballers, the quality is still on show.
We can speculate, but it wouldn’t be surprising if we hear major news surrounding both of their contracts soon following these Salah comments.
