FSG given BRUTAL Mo Salah contract warning
Even by Mo Salah’s standards this season is turning into something very special.
His two goals and two assists in Liverpool’s 6-3 rout of Tottenham took his season tally to 33 goal involvements in all competitions.

Thirty-three. It’s not even Christmas yet.
And whilst it is partly down to the priority he is given in Arne Slot’s system and the way the team is operating under the new head coach, some credence has to be given to the fact he is in a contract year.
Salah hasn’t been shy about voicing his opinions on getting a new contract, but did show an uncharacteristic hesitancy when asked about it post-game Sunday.
Egyptian legend Mohamed Aboutrika has now described Salah’s season so far as the performances of a man who wants to stay at the club and is PILING the pressure on ownership to make it happen.
Salah heaping pressure on FSG
When asked by beIN Sports presenter Mohammad Saadon Alkuwari where he thinks Salah will be next season, Aboutrika replied, “In Liverpool”.
Alkuwari asked if this was a prediction or a wish, and Aboutrika said, "Both, but he wants to stay. He doesn't look like a player who wants to leave. This is a player who throws the ball into the management's court.
"It's not Salah's problem; it's the owners' and the management's problem.” Aboutrika continued, “He wants to stay. He wants to stay on his terms.
"Now if you want to bring in a player—there aren't many with the same capabilities as Salah—how much will you pay? At least £120-£130 [million] if you find one…. Salah has led Liverpool to the top of the table and the Champions League. Now it's not his problem, but the club's problem.
"Again, the problem is with the management and the owners, not Salah."
The certainty of Aboutrika’s assertion will be music to the ears of Liverpool fans. The fear thus far has been that Salah would be happy to leave the club if sporting director Richard Hughes and the rest of upper management weren’t willing to match his demands.
But Aboutrika is right when he asserts that this is now very much management’s problem. Salah has shown what he is willing to do for this club - even while negotiations are ongoing and it is clear demands aren’t being acquiesced to, Salah puts out world-beating performances week in week out.
Replacing him will be a nightmare no matter when it happens, least of all when Liverpool are staring into a chasm on the right wing if he were to leave.
He has been a consummate professional throughout. The upper management at Liverpool shouldn’t take that for granted.
