Mo Salah leaves club CRUSHED with mind-blowing decision
Mo Salah's remarkable decision has left one club absolutely 'crushed'. Salah signed a new contract with Liverpool last week.
We've had a week to let it sink in - Mo Salah is staying at Liverpool. The Egyptian's contract had been set to expire at the end of this season, of course.

There was plenty of speculation around his next move but Salah wanted to stay put. Here's a player hoping to set records and leave a true legacy in the game.
Doing so motivated him to remain with the club that catapulted him to stardom. Salah has built a reputation as one of the all-time greats at Liverpool and now there's even more to come.
It doesn't come without risk, however. Salah will turn 33 this summer and his decline is around the corner somewhat.
Liverpool plainly don't believe that decline is coming within the next two years. Salah, on the other hand, believes he's got at least three years left at the absolute top level.
So we'll just have to wait and see what happens in 2027.

Salah leaves devastation
Salah didn't have to stay, of course. His biggest option was in Saudi Arabia where the forward has astronomical offers.
He's effectively given up around £210m in order to spend the next two years at Liverpool, if reports are to be believed. Now, those offers may still be around in 2027 but it doesn't change the fact that he could have taken the deal this summer and earned a lot more money.
It's still very much £210m he will not get.
That's a mind-blowing decision and one that few footballers make. Though, incredibly few even get the option to reject such an amount.
But the decision has reportedly left Al-Hilal 'crushed'. The Daily Mail suggests the Saudi Pro League side were confident as recently as lest Wednesday that they could land Salah.
They were then blindsided as he cut off all talks and committed his future to Liverpool. That leaves Al-Hilal looking at other options - potentially at Anfield.
