REVEALED: Continental giants' JAW-DROPPING attempt to get Mo Salah out of Liverpool
This might currently be the first time in a very long time that Liverpool have the best player in the world on their books.
Luis Suarez probably had a claim back in 2013, but even then Lionel Messi was still at the height of his powers.

But right now there isn’t anyone who can claim to be operating on the level Mo Salah is.
33 goal involvements in all competitions before Christmas is an astonishing feat by English standards, and on Sunday he became the first Premier League player to achieve double-figure goal and assist tallies before December 25.
It’s no surprise, then, that a whole host of teams around the world are vying to tempt him away from renewing his contract with Liverpool at the end of the season.
Last week a report emerged that Egypt’s two most dominant sides, Al Ahly and Zamalek, had made offers to lure Salah back home.
While this was denied by a Zamalek official, an even more bizarre story has occurred.
Could Salah be loaned to Egypt?
Speaking on ONTime Sports, former Al Ahly player Hesham Henafy has suggested the Egyptian giants LOAN Salah in ahead of the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup next summer.
"Liverpool won't participate in the upcoming Club World Cup, so why don't Al Ahly think about bringing in Mohamed Salah on loan during the tournament?
"It is not impossible, especially since having Salah and Messi face off in the opening match would be tempting.
"Al Ahly must fork out huge sums of money to prepare for the Club World Cup, and they should try to sign Salah on loan from Liverpool.
"Any sponsor can afford to bring in Mohamed Salah, and such a move would offer immense marketing potential."
It’s such an outrageous suggestion that we almost think Liverpool should let it happen.
Obviously, when you think about it, it can’t be allowed to take place. But it would be such a unique circumstance that the mere suggestion of it is definitely intriguing. Salah representing Africa’s most successful side against Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami would definitely grab headlines.
But when you think about it, it’s like suggesting Messi himself should join Boca Juniors or River Plate, or Jude Bellingham should join, well, Liverpool for some high stakes matchups.
Salah has no link to Al Ahly. He started his career with Al Mokawloon, a middling side in Nasr City.
So while it’s a fun suggestion, to put it simply - hands off.
