Milos Kerkez to Liverpool is now just ONE step away
Liverpool are closing in on Milos Kerkez as their first summer signing.
Liverpool will be busy this summer. There's no real way around that as they could even lose their three most important outfield players.

Mo Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold are all out of contract this summer. As things stand, they'll be leaving for free.
But while replacements there may be forced on Liverpool, they're far from the only planned changes. One clear position with room for improvement is left-back.
Andy Robertson has not been at the peak of his powers this season, nor last for that matter. Now post-30, we're unlikely to see him return to that peak.
Liverpool will want a long-term successor for him, with Kostas Tsimikas almost certainly not taking that role. The Reds reportedly plan on replacing the Greek left-back this summer.
So who will arrive? Well, there are plenty of options for Liverpool and it'll be about targeting the 'right' one.

But as things stand, Milos Kerkez is the chosen one.
Milos Kerkez to Liverpool
Liverpool have been linked with Kerkez all season long. Anfield Watch reported back in November that initial talks over a move had started and that he was on their shortlist for 2025.
Those talks appear to have gone somewhere. Fabrizio Romano claimed this week that Kerkez is one of three names on a shortlist approved by Arne Slot.
Then journalist Uriel Lugt claimed that Liverpool 'lead the race' to sign Kerkez this summer. It appears we're one step away here.
Liverpool have pinpointed Kerkez, they've moved forward in talks to lead the race, and Bournemouth are open to selling by all accounts. Presumably, the club is happy with the asking price if they've moved into position to lead the race. All that remains is convincing the player.
That's the final step and if Liverpool can do that, Kerkez will likely be a Red next season. Medical permitting, of course.
Though, it's not straightforward - Kerkez might not actually want to join Liverpool. He said on camera recently that he never would and the defender grew up as a Manchester United fan.
So while this could be just one step away, it's not necessarily a small one. The story is far from over.
