Liverpool keeping 'close eye' on Bournemouth attacker ahead of summer bid
Liverpool’s interest in Bournemouth star Milos Kerkez is no secret at this stage. With Andy Robertson struggling for consistency, and having turned 31 last month, focus has turned at Anfield to replacements at left-back.
Kerkez, 21, is top of the pile considering his age and his familiarity with Reds’ sporting director Richard Hughes.

He was technical director when the Cherries signed the Hungary defender from AZ, and the duo have been tipped for a reunion on Merseyside next season.

And Liverpool’s recruitment staff also admire Kerkez’s defensive stablemate in Dean Huijsen. The Spanish defender is reported to have a buyout clause in his contract, with the 19-year-old now attracting attention from the biggest clubs in Europe.
But Liverpool’s raid on Bournemouth won’t stop there with Relevo reporting that the club are also interested in attacker Antoine Semenyo.
Liverpool consider Semenyo move
The Ghana international, 25, has scored seven goals and added five assists in 30 Premier League matches this season and is under contract until 2029.
"Liverpool not only wants Milos Kerkez, but is also closely monitoring another Bournemouth player, Antoine Semenyo,” the report reads.
“Liverpool has kept a close eye on him on numerous occasions and is considering whether to make a move for him this summer.”
Semenyo was another expert signing overseen by Hughes. He joined Bournemouth from Championship side Bristol City in January 2023 for around £10 million.
Bournemouth slump
It is expected that the winger will go for many times more should the south coast side opt to cash in this summer. He would provide an interesting option for Arne Slot, capable of playing left wing and right wing equally.

Semenyo has had a dip in form recently, which coincides with Bournemouth’s lean spell in the Premier League.
They have won only one of their last eight league games since losing to Liverpool in February - against lowly Southampton - and are without a win in their last six.
Andoni Iraola’s side have also slipped out of the FA Cup - at the quarter-final stage against Manchester City.
